Manitou is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet, and software packages accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

GEHL https://www.gehl.com does not comply with the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.

TEST RESULTS

The compliance audit conducted by Sogeti reveals that:

• 38.8% of the RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met

• The site’s average compliance rate is 50.4%

INACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Non-compliance

• IMAGES: Some decorative images are not ignored by assistive technologies, which can disrupt or prolong the user experience,

• COLORS: Some interface components and text lack sufficient contrast, making them difficult to identify or read,

• LINKS: Some links in the header and footer have irrelevant labels, or are missing labels?

• SCRIPTS: The search field is not accessible, making it difficult to use,

• REQUIRED ELEMENTS: Some element identifiers are not unique in the code; there are also page titles in English on the French versions; and finally, the use of tags for presentation purposes. This can make navigation and understanding the information more difficult,

• INFORMATION STRUCTURING: Some headings may have illogical numbering, which can make navigation harder to understand,

• PRESENTATION OF INFORMATION: Issues with focus and keyboard navigation are present: lack of focus, keyboard traps, etc. Resizing elements based on screen resolution or size results in information loss (truncated text, overlapping elements, etc.),

• FORMS: Field labels are missing, incorrectly linked, or lack accessible names. Forms do not offer autocomplete suggestions,

• NAVIGATION: In addition to focus issues, navigation in the footer is inconsistent, there are no keyboard shortcuts, and no skip-to-footer links,

• VIEWING: PDFs are inaccessible,
